Dial a phone number.

•The dialed number is displayed.

To hang up, press 

(OFF/CLEAR)

or place

the handset on the base unit.

•While the handset is in use, the IN USE indicator on the base unit lights.

•If “SEARCHING FOR BASE” and an alarm tone sounds in step 1, move closer to

the base unit, and try again.

•If “LINE IN USE” is displayed, the base unit or another handset is engaged in an

external call. Wait until “LINE IN USE” disappears.

•While talking with receiver, you can switch to the hands-free phone

conversation by pressing (SP-PHONE).
