Playback of the created AVCHD 
standard memory card or disc is 
interrupted for a few seconds.
Playback may be interrupted for a few seconds between scenes when recorded onto media.
The media created in DVD-Video 
format cannot be played back with the 
Windows Media Player.
Audio of the MPEG2 file recorded on the media is Dolby Digital format. Audio is not played 
back if the codec for Dolby Digital is not installed.
Last motion picture is cut off slightly 
when the created disc is played back.
The last motion picture may become about 0.5 seconds shorter when recorded in DVD-Video 
format.
The media created cannot be viewed by 
the Explorer.
The media recorded with AVCHD standard is recorded with UDF 2.5 format file system, so it 
cannot be viewed by the PC without the driver for the UDF 2.5 installed.

Uploading to YouTube cannot be 
performed properly.
Confirm that the login information (user name and password) is correct.
Confirm that the PC is connected to the Internet.
Confirm that the resident software (such as anti-virus software and the firewall, etc.) is not

motion picture started and ended is a

“recording date”?
The date that the recording of the motion picture started will become the “recording date”.
A message regarding insufficient 
memory is displayed.
A message regarding insufficient memory may be displayed when handling large volumes 
of motion pictures or still pictures. In this case, install more memory (the problem may be 
corrected by increasing the virtual memory). Please contact the PC manufacturer on how to 
install more memory or how to increase the virtual memory.
