Administrator Name and Password

The user name and password for the system administrator can be set in Authentication Setting on 
page 12 when User Authentication is enabled for the first time. Use the following procedure if you 
subsequently wish to change the system administrator name or password.

Press the Function key.

Select “General Settings”.

Select “5-9” tab, and then select “09 
Key Operator Mode”.

Enter the Key Operator password (8 
digits), and then select “OK”.

The default password is “00000000”.

To change the password, select “80 Key 
Operator Password” in the General 
Settings (Key Operator Mode), and then 
enter the new password.

Select “40 - 59” tab, and scroll the 
screen, and then select “49 
Administrator Name”.
