  A  detailed  description  of  the  problem,  including  the  point  in  the  test  when  the  problem 

occurred.  The complete text of the error message, including the error name and number if 
available. 

  The  version  number  of  both  the  software  and  hardware  used.    To  obtain  this  information, 

click on the About on the Help menu of the application. 

  A screen shot of the user interface if the problem leaves it in an unusual state. 

 
  

To make a screen shot of an error message or a user interface element, simultaneously press the 

Alt  key  and  the  Print  Screen  key.    Paste  the  captured  image  into  a  document  by  moving  the 

cursor into the document and simultaneously pressing the Ctrl key and the V key.
