Selecting the Language
Windows uses English as the default language in menus and dialog boxes. You
can change this language to suit your preferences at the screen below.
Click Customize. The Regional and Language Options window appears. Select
the Languages tab. The window shown below will appear.
Select the desired language in the drop-down list labeled Language used in
menus and dialogs.
