The symbol mode enables you to enter symbols

into your text. 

Press the     key to enter into the symbol mode.

1. Press the

and

keys to scroll through the

symbols. 

2. When you find the symbol you want to insert,

Press the Number key corresponding to the

symbol you want.

3. After the symbol is inserted, press the     soft

key to switch back to the text entry mode

used just prior to selecting the symbol mode.

When typing in this mode, you can switch to any

other text input mode by pressing the     key
one or more times until you find the mode you

want.

description of the corresponding mode in the

previous sections. 

The eZi English mode is set by default when you

select this mode.

The phone offers a range of functions that allows

you to tailor it to your needs. These functions

are arranged in menus and submenus.

The menus and submenus can be accessed by

scrolling or by using the shortcuts.

1. In Standby Mode, press the     soft key to

access Menu Mode. Scroll with the navigation

keys to reach the main menu, SOUND. Press

the     soft key to enter the menu.

2. If the menu contains any submenus; for

example, Call Alert, find the one you want by

scrolling using the

and

keys. Press the     

soft key to enter the submenu.

If the menu you have selected contains

submenus, repeat this step.

3. Scroll with the navigation keys to find the

setting of your choice. Press the     soft key 

to confirm the chosen setting.

• When you use the navigation keys for setting

options, refer to the direction of the triangle

at the bottom of the display. 

• You can return to the previous menu level by 

pressing the     soft key.

• You can exit the menu without changing the

menu settings by pressing the     key.
