● The phone’s mobile equipment ID
(MEID). To locate the MEID, select 
MENU
 > Settings > Phone Info > My 
Phone# 
and scroll down.

If the problem with your phone persists, 
return the phone with all accessories and 
packaging to the dealer for qualified 
service.
