When I press the armband button, the armband does not respond.

Disconnect the USB cable and hold the armband button for 15 seconds, re-

lease the button. Press the armband button again to see if it responds. Go into

the software and retrieve your data (upload) to re-sync your armband before

wearing again. C

Data that I thought was on my armband has been erased.

Your armband may not have turned on. If this is the case, the armband did not

collect data. Or your battery may need recharged.
