This limited,non-transferable war-

ranty is provided to the original buy-

er/end-consumer ("Customer") for 

handsets and accessories ("Product") 

sold by Siemens Information and 

Communication Mobile LLC ("Sie-

mens").

The Product warranty period provid-

ed by Siemens is one (1) year from 

the original date of purchase.

If the Product is defective in materi-

als or workmanship during the war-

ranty period and is returned at Cus-

tomer's expense at the original place 

of purchase, the Product will be re-

paired or replaced, at Siemens'op-

tion, at no charge. Customer will be 

required to show valid "proof-of-pur-

chase" (proof of date of sale, lease, 

or rental). Reconditioned replace-

ment components, parts or materi-

als may be used in the replacement 

or repair.  Data in the memory of the 

phone or SIM Card may be lost dur-

ing repair.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES 

SPECT TO THE FOLLOWING:
• Cosmetic damage.
• Products which have been re-

paired, maintained or modified 

(including the antenna) by any-

one ther than Siemens or a Sie-

mens-approved repair facility, or 

that have been improperly in-

stalled.

• Cost of installation, removal or re-

installation.

• Equipment and components not 

manufactured, supplied or autho-

rized by Siemens.

• Failures or defects caused by mis-

use, abuse, accidents, physical 

damage, abnormal operation, im-

proper handling or storage, ne-

glect, alterations, unauthorized 

installation, removal or repairs, 

failure to follow instructions, 

problems caused by your carrier ’s 

network coverage, exposure to 

fire, water or excessive moisture 

or dampness, floods, or extreme 

changes in climate or tempera-

ture, acts of God, riots, acts of ter-

rorism, spills of food or liquids, 

viruses or other software flaws in-

troduced into the Product, or oth-

er acts which are not the fault of 

Siemens and which the Product is 

not specified to tolerate, including 

damage caused by mishandling or 

blown fuses.

• Products which have had warranty 

stickers, electronic serial number 

and/or serial number label re-

moved, altered, rendered illegible 

or fraudulently applied to ther 

equipment.

• Signal reception problems (unless 

caused by defect in material or 

workmanship).
