Select in the current 

overview.

The appointments (p. 34) and tasks 

(p. 36) of the current day are dis-

played in chronological order in the 

agenda.
Tasks not yet completed are listed at 

the top.
If an appointment with alarm is 

reached, you hear a signal tone.

Create new entry as appointment or 

as task.

Different functions are provided 

depending on the Calendar item se-

lected or the current organiser func-

tion: 

Open menu.

Display entry.

Switch off or switch on 

alarm.

Set task to "done".

Open the entry for 

changes.

Create a new entry as 

(S. 39) or 

Switch to highlighting mode 

Delete selected entry.

Delete all entries after 

confirmation.

Delete all entries before a 

certain date.

Delete all done tasks.

Import tasks and appoint-

ments via IrDA/Bluetooth in 

the vCal format.

Display the capacity availa-

ble.
