Look up a name

Check voice mail
Press and hold the

key (contact your service provider for details).
Write text messages
Select
Menu > Messages > Text messages > Create message
or move the Five-
way joystick to the right. Write the message.
Send text messages
In the message entry screen, select
Send
. Enter the recipient’s phone number
or search for it in contacts, and select
OK
. The message service is dependent
on the service provider.
Read new message
If
Messages received
appears on the display, select
Show
; then select the
message you want to read.
Reply to a message
Select
Options
>
Reply
. Write a reply. Select
Options
>
Send
.
