III. Printing

Questions may be printed from all three display modes (Graphical, Quick Frequencies, and
Crosstab). Printing will occur in the currently selected display mode. Questions print one-per-
page.

Data for all sessions selected in Set View will be shown in the printouts.

Select questions to print from the question list. To select a series of adjacent groups or questions,
click to highlight the first item in the sequence, hold down the Shift key, then click the last item in
the sequence: all items between the two selected items will be highlighted. To select multiple non-
sequential items, hold down the Ctrl key and click each item to be included.

To change the printer setup, select File from the main menu, then select Print Setup. It may be
found that Landscape page orientation will show more information than Portrait page orientation.
