What is MemoRive

USB

? 

MemoRiveUSB, a USB FLASH MEMORY DISK DRIVE, can hold up huge disk space up to 1Gbyte, which is 710 times more than a 
1.44MB floppy disk. MemoRiveUSB can be simply plugged into the USB port of your computer, and it will be automatically 
detected as a disk drive.  Then, Data from MemoRiveUSB can be read, written down, deleted as well as copied and moved to 
your hard disk drive or vice versa. You can even play MP3 files directly from MemoRiveUSB, run applications, view videos, and 
so on.

 is so compact that you can carry it with yourself anywhere, yet it is hardly noticeable. It also comes in various 

storage-space capacities of 16MB, 32MB, 64MB, 128MB, 256MB, 512MB, and 1GB. So now you do not have to carry a notebook

. Simply insert MemoRive

 into the USB port in your desktop PC or notebook. You will find a new disk drive icon in 

the ‘My Computer’ window. 

Windows 98/98se 

Before MemoRive

USB

 is plugged into your computer, you should download its device driver from http://www.

MemoRive.com

, and 

run  ‘Setup’  program. You can then plug MemoRive

USB

 into the USB port of your running computer, and enjoy it. 

Software Security Function 

You can also download the MemoRiveUSB Utility Program from from http://www.MemoRive.com, and run ‘Setup’ program. With 

this MemoRiveUSB Utility Program, you can format your MemoRiveUSB Disk, protect it via Password Security Function. And also 

you can divide the MemoRiveUSB Utility in many partitions. 

Caution 

1) When you remove MemoRive

USB

 from your USB port, make sure that the LED on MemoRive

USB

 is not blinking. This is to ensure 

that files/data will not be lost even if the dialog box on your computer shows that the data transfer is finished.   
2) Before you remove MemoRive

USB

 from the computer with Windows ME, Windows 2000, or Windows XP, it will be safe to 

double click on the icon located at the bottom of the right hand corner of your screen and to follow instructions.   
3) Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the product. It can cause the product malfunctions. There are no parts in 
MemoRive

USB

 serviceable to users   

4) Do not use your MemoRive

USB

 in any place of the following conditions, which may cause the product malfunctions: excessive 

vibration or shock; wetness, moisture or dust; heat and/or high temperature variation; strong electrical discharge; strong 
magnetic interference. 
5) Be careful that any foreign material does not enter the insertion holes of MemoRive

USB

.
