i. Press Up/Down Key to highlight the days. 

ii. Press Left Soft Key [Select/Cancel]. 

iii. Press OK Key to change the rest day. 



 Delete all: Delete all the alarms. 

 

If you turn the alarm on, the icon 

  will be displayed in standby mode. The alarm will ring at the set 

time, except when the phone is powered off. 

Calendar 

The phone provides a full-screen monthly calendar.   

Initially  the  cursor  appears  on  today‟s  date  according  to  your  handset  settings.  You  can  move  the  date 
cursor to the desired location using Navigation Keys. On a date the schedule is arranged, an icon will be 
displayed on the bottom right corner of the date.   

1. Press Right Soft Key [Add] to add a new schedule item: 



 Meeting: Input Subject (required), Location, Start time, End time, Start date, End date, Alarm set and 

Repeat  set.  Press  Up/Down  Key  to  select  each  item,  and  Left/Right  Key  to  set  each  item.  The 
meeting  time  must  be  after  the  current  time  of  the  phone.  Press  Save  after  finish  inputting  the 
information. 



 Memo: Input Subject (required), Start date, and End date. Press  Up/Down Key to select each item, 

and Left/Right Key to set each item. 



 Anniversary: Input Subject (required), Start date, and Alarm set. Press Up/Down Key to select each 

item, and Left/Right Key to set each item. The anniversary alarm should be after the current time of 
the phone. Press Save after finish inputting the information. 

2. Press Left Soft Key [Options] to display the following popup menu items: 



 Week view: View the schedule of the current week. 



 Go to date: Input a date and go to see the schedule of that day directly. 



 Delete entry: You can choose to delete the entry On this day, Before date or delete All entries. 



 Settings: You can set the Calendar alarm tone, Default view and Week starts on. 



 Memory Info. : View the current memory usage. 

3. Press OK Key [Open] to see the schedule list of selected date. 

4. Press Left Soft Key [Options] to display the following popup menu items: 



 Send: You can choose to send the selected schedule via SMS, MMS, E-mail or Bluetooth. 



 Month view: View the schedule in month view. 



 Week view: View the schedule in week view. 



 Go to date: Input a date and go to see the schedule of that day directly. 



 Delete entry: Delete the selected entry. 



 Settings: You can set the Calendar alarm tone, Default view and Week starts on. 



 Memory Info.: You can check the usage of storage in your phone. 

5. Press OK Key [View] to check the schedule details of the selected date. 

6. Press OK Key [Edit] to edit the schedule item. 

7. Press Right Soft Key [Delete] to delete the selected schedule item.
