Taking Care of the CardioNet Sensor  

Remember that it is important to put the new

electrode pads in the right spot.  It is also very

important to connect the right color lead to the

right electrode—so the CardioNet monitoring

center receives accurate heartbeat information.

 –  placed just below the center of

your right collarbone

n

 – placed just below the center of

your left collarbone

n

 –  placed on your left side, on the

lower part of your rib cage

Electrode Pad

The Sensor leads snap
easily on and off  of the
Electrode Pad.

If you’re wearing the
Sensor on a belt clip,
the Sensor is upside
down.
