Filling the spontaneous breathing air container
Note: This simulator comes with a manual air pump to fill the spontaneous
breathing air container. This allows utilization of the system without the need for
an external power source. The user may choose to purchase an electrical or
an external power source. The user may choose to purchase an electrical or
battery operated air pump for this operation.
Manual Air Pump (provided with simulator)
1. Attach manual air pump hose to spontaneous breathing fill valve located at the side
of the simulator torso.

2. Fill the air container by pumping the air pump.
Note: Do not to exceed 10 bar (145 psi). A pressure relief valve is included in the
air tank and will be activated at pressure above 10 bar (145 psi). This valve has a
built-in reset mechanism.

Changing simulator batteries
When replacing worn out batteries, replace them with eight D-cell alkaline batteries.
