From the Home

screen, select

. The 

 screen appears showing the 

 

tab.

After making the changes to the settings, click 

 to accept the new settings or click 

 to close 

the 

 screen without accepting any changes. Clicking 

 will accept the new settings and close 

the 

 screen.

The physician name, facility name and address (where the procedure was performed) and the facility 
logo entered during configuration show on the endoscopy report. 

From the Home

screen, select

. The 

 screen appears.

In the 

 section, type in the Physician Name. 

If you do not enter the physician name here, no physician name appears on the CE report.
