Annotations include patient diary events, range annotations, and point annotations.

Editing Patient Diary Events
To view and edit patient diary events
1. Open the Annotation Viewer:
x Click on the toolbar.
x Select View > Annotation Viewer.
The Annotation Viewer screen appears.

x Select View > Annotation Viewer.
The Annotation Viewer screen appears.
2. Click the event you wish to edit. The event details appear in the annotation
properties box.
3. Select an icon from the Journal Event drop-down list. The Update button appears.
