Setting walk Break Alerts

four minutes, then walk for 1 minute,
and repeat.
1.  Select   > Training > Run
Options > Alerts.
2.  Select Run/Walk > Run/Walk
Alert > On.
3.  Select Run Alert, and enter a time.
4.  Select Walk Alert, and enter a
time.
Each time you reach the alert amount,
the device beeps and displays a
message. The run/walk alerts will
repeat until you stop the timer.
