deviceunderPart15regulations.

ThisGarminproductiswarrantedtobefreefrom

defectsinmaterialsorworkmanshipforoneyearfrom

thedateofpurchase.Withinthisperiod,Garminwill,at

itssoleoption,repairorreplaceanycomponentsthat

failinnormaluse.Suchrepairsorreplacementwillbe

madeatnochargetothecustomerforpartsorlabor,

providedthatthecustomershallberesponsibleforany

transportationcost.Thiswarrantydoesnotapplyto:(i)

cosmeticdamage,suchasscratches,nicksanddents;

(ii)consumableparts,suchasbatteries,unlessproduct

damagehasoccurredduetoadefectinmaterials

orworkmanship;(iii)damagecausedbyaccident,

abuse,misuse,water,flood,fire,orotheractsofnature

orexternalcauses;(iv)damagecausedbyservice

performedbyanyonewhoisnotanauthorizedservice

providerofGarmin;or(v)damagetoaproductthathas

beenmodifiedoralteredwithoutthewrittenpermissionof

Garmin.Inaddition,Garminreservestherighttorefuse

warrantyclaimsagainstproductsorservicesthatare

obtainedand/orusedincontraventionofthelawsofany

country.

Thisproductisintendedtobeusedonlyasatravel

aidandmustnotbeusedforanypurposerequiring

precisemeasurementofdirection,distance,location

ortopography.Garminmakesnowarrantyastothe

accuracyorcompletenessofmapdatainthisproduct.
