Depending on the current view different 
functions are offered.

Press (Options).

Press (Options) and select

Set the default repeat time frame for 
newly created events.

Set the default alarm time span for 
newly created events.

Set the start time displayed on the first 
line in the daily/weekly view.

Set the start day displayed in the 
weekly/monthly view.

Events are displayed in all calendar 
views. Overlapping events are displayed 
in parallel as different vertical bars.

Enter description of event 
(max. one line).

Enter the date/time when 
event starts.

Set up a new event 
(see below).

Edit the highlighted 
event. (see below).

Before deleting a 
repeating event: Select

Switch to the 
daily/weekly/ monthly

Enter the date and 
confirm.

Initiate synchronisation 
of the calendar (page 65).

Open the calendar 
settings (see below).

Delete all events of the 
day/week/month. If there 
are repeating events, only 
the current event is 
deleted.
