4.  Troubleshooting: Keyboard/mouse do not work.

Check the batteries

Check the receiver’s cable connections.

Press the connect button on the receiver, then press the connect button on the 
keyboard and mouse. (To ensure the connection is probably, please check the 
distance between receiver and keyboard/mouse is under 1.0 meters)

Maker sure the USB port has the proper configuration. Refer to your computer 
documentation for correct port configuration. You may also have other system 
devices for conflicts. Please change the setting as required.
