The 

Load Route button loads the route from a specific drive and directory.  

1.  When ORS alerts you with a message reading: "Route Files Found", Click OK.  

 

If the route files are not found in the selected folder or 

drive... 

the “No Route Data Available” message appears.

If the route file has corrupted information in the account 

numbers or the endpoint serial numbers...

the ORS software generates error messages.
