Statistics: Displays a Statistics tab that will show data speeds 
during a session when using the WWAN device. 
NationalAccess delivers typical speeds of 60 to 80 kbps, 
bursting up to 144 kbps. BroadbandAccess provides 
broadband-like speeds (up to 1.54 Mbps).

There is also a My Computer tab that displays information 
about your computer that may be helpful when 
troubleshooting problems that may occur. 

Test WWAN Device: Retrieves and displays detailed 
information about your WWAN device such as manufacturer, 
model, version, and so on. 

Run Wizard: Runs the Setup Wizard, which is useful if you 
need to reconfigure VZAccess Manager.

The following options are available from the Help menu:

Contents: Launches the online help. 

Check for Updates: Can be used with any connection to the 
Internet to check for VZAccess Manager software updates.

If downloading an update wirelessly, normal usage charges apply, 
refer to Update Options in Setting Your Preferences for more 
information.

Device Support Page: Displays the Verizon Wireless device 
support page that contains information about wireless 
devices, useful tips and hardware manuals.

Email Verizon Wireless Support: This option will attempt 
to launch your email client with the default address to  
Verizon Wireless Support.

About VZAccess Manager: Displays software version 
information, and your Toshiba 3G module’s ESN, phone 
number and signal level.
