6. 1673 CONFIGURATION SOFTWARE
6.1.
ABOUT THE CONFIGURATON SOFTWARE
6.1.1.
The programming software allows the user to view and change various settings within
the RFD units to best match the equipment to the blasting application. Many of the settings can
also be configured through the Advanced User menu directly. The programming software also
allows the user to upload the history event log, which stores a record of the last 1024 operation
events.

installed on your PC.

RUNNING THE CONFIGURATION SOFTWARE
6.2.1.
Connect one end of the USB adapter cable to the Controller or Remote Unit’s
CHARGE/PROGRAM connector and the other end to the host PC.
6.2.2.
Use the Windows™ Start Menu and browse to the folder ‘1673 RFD Configuration’ and
select the ‘1673 RFD Configuration’ program. The program opens and displays the main screen
shown in Figure 6-1.
