Click the type of report desired. The window displays the options for defining the

Type the dates you wish for which you wish to view activity, or use the calendar 
buttons 
and select the date required.

Click Create Report once your dates are entered.

To print the report, click File > Print.

Select Landscape orientation and click OK.

Linking Summary Report
This report identifies exceptions generated from a Circuit Linking session.

Column Header
Description
ContentTagID
The item number of the contents of the case.
SecurityTagID
The item number of the case.
Link DateTime
The day and time the item was linked.
Case
The type of case that was selected when linked, Locking or Non-
Locking.
Title
The title of the item.
LinkAuthor
The name of the computer at which the linking occurred.
LinkStation
The branch location of the computer at which the linking occurred.
