Set the new paper roll into the printer, and pull on the leading edge of the paper from 
the bottom toward you (as shown below)

Make sure there is enough excess paper so that approximately 1/8” of paper is coming 
through when you close the paper roller bar assembly.

Close the paper roller bar assembly by pushing it down until it snaps closed securely.

As soon as you close the paper roller bar assembly, the paper will automatically feed 
and cut off the end of the paper.

Remove and discard the excess piece of paper that was cut off in the previous step.

Replace the printer access cover, and push down to secure it to the unit with the hook 
and loop fasteners.

Note The paper will feed through the small slit opening in the printer access cover during self checkout 

transactions.
