Oki Data offers three product service options for both warranty and non-warranty repairs: Authorized OKI Service Centers, Depots, and

AUTHORIZED OKI SERVICE CENTERS
An Authorized OKI Reseller is eligible to become an Authorized OKI Service Center. Authorized Service Centers provide both warranty

Free cross-shipment NEXT DAY delivery of warranty parts (based on order receipt by 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time and parts availability)
Warranty labor reimbursement
Free return-shipping for defective warranty parts
SAME DAY SHIPMENT for emergency parts orders (based on order receipt by 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time); $25.00 per order charge;
three (3) line items maximum; no minimum order; no loss of discount

OKI DEPOTS AND FIELD SERVICE OPERATIONS
Oki Data maintains regional depots in the United States and Canada to provide additional field service support to Authorized OKI
Service Centers and Distributors, as well as to end users.
