ySQUELCH CONTROL [SQL]

• The RF attenuator activates and increases the attenuation when

rotated clockwise to the center position and further. (p. ??)

uMONITOR•DTMF SWITCH [MONI•DTMF]

➥ Push to switch the monitor function ON and OFF. (p. 00)

➥ Turns DTMF memory encoder ON and OFF when

pushed for 1 sec. (p. ??)

iOUTPUT POWER•DUPLEX SWITCH [DUP•DUP]

➥ Each push changes the output power selection. (p. ??)

➥ Push for 1 sec. to select DUP–, DUP+ and simplex op-

oTONE•TONE SCAN SWITCH [TONE•T-SCAN]

➥ Each push selects a tone function. (pgs. ??, ??)

• Subaudible tone encoder, pocket beep (CTCSS), tone

squelch, pocket beep (DTCS), DTCS squelch or tone func-
tion OFF can be selected.
