7 Communication Specification – Application UART

The Length field indicates the length of the “UART Payload” in bytes.

Note that the FTDI cable expects logic levels at 3.3v, and as such the NEOCORTEC Module will have to
be supplied from a 3.3v supply. Pin 3 of the FTDI cable is a 5V output, and if regulated properly, it can be
used as a supply for the NEOCORTEC Module.
