To clean the unit, wipe the case with a slightly moist, lint-free cloth.

Do not spray aerosol at or near the unit.

Ensure the unit is fully unplugged from the mains socket before cleaning.

1. Ensure the power cable is connected securely at both ends. 

The unit may freeze up during use . Unplug the unit from the AC 

(mains) outlet,  slide the POWER ON/OFF SWITCH to OFF. Then 

plug in and Switch on the unit  again to reset the unit.

Make sure the charging current of the mobile device is 

compatible with the unit’s charging current(not above

1000mA or 1A). Otherwise, use the mobile device’s own charging

adapter for charging.   

Ensure the Bluetooth function is activated on your Bluetooth 

device.
