Bragi warrants that the included Bragi Product will be free from material defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Bragi does not warrant 

against, among other exclusions, normal wear and tear, and cosmetic damage—including, but not limited to, scratches, dents, and broken plastic—or damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, or abuse of the 

Bragi Product. Warranty service can be obtained by contacting Bragi Product Support at support.bragi.com for shipping instructions and an RMA tracking number. Available service options may be dependent 

on the country in which the service is requested and may be restricted to the original country of sale. For all products that fall under the Bragi Warranty, and for which a valid claim is made, Bragi will, at its own 

discretion, either I repair the product, II replace the product, or III provide a refund for the product. Warranty benefits are in addition to any benefits provided under local consumer laws. For purchasers outside 

the United States, please consult your local consumer laws for additional warranty information.

Bragi is not responsible and the Warranty doesn’t apply if your Bragi Hardware or Accessory is damaged by use with products not sold or 

licensed by Bragi.

accessories with any third-party device. Bragi shall not be liable for any damaged caused to any third-party device.
