Before installation, check the hole position of M/B. 
Tear off the insulation pad from back plate○

the hole position to the holes of M/B, paste the back 
plate firmly to the backside of M/B. 
Aim the cushion○

  to the holes of M/B and place upon it.
 
Aim the Knurled threaded screws○

  to the cushion 
and holes of M/B, then fasten the Knurled threaded 
screws with back-plate.
