quickly stand them up after a production server failure for fast system recovery. This application also now 
supports failover of Hyper-V v3.0 VMs. *Note: Remote Virtual Standby does not offer the heartbeat monitoring 
and automated failover options that are available when deploying Central Virtual Standby locally.
