End-of-Sale and End-of-Life Announcement for the Cisco 
Secure Access Control Server (ACS) Version 4.0

 announces the end-of-sale and end-of life dates for the Cisco Secure 
Access Control Server (ACS) Version 4.0. The last day to order the Cisco Secure Access 
Control Server (ACS) Version 4.0 is July 27, 2007. Customers with active service 
contracts will continue to receive support from the Cisco Technical Assistance Center 
(TAC) as shown in Table 1 of the EoL bulletin. Table 1 describes the end-of-life 
milestones, definitions, and dates for the Cisco Secure Access Control Server (ACS) 
Version 4.0. Table 2 lists the product part numbers affected by this announcement. 
Customers are encouraged to migrate to Cisco Secure ACS Version 4.1, which provides new 
compliance support, additional protocol support, and enhanced administration. Information about 
the replacement product can be found at:
