Toshiba Dealers are requested to provide Tier 1 basic troubleshooting for its customers. Toshiba will 
provide Tier 1 to Tier 3 support for its Dealers as required. For Polycom 8400 Series related issues, 
Dealers are requested to contact Polycom directly for Tier 2 immediate troubleshooting and Tier 3 
advanced troubleshooting and trace analysis support.

Interoperability Support
Toshiba recommends that only those Polycom 8400 Series products distributed by Toshiba be operated 
with the Strata CIX systems. Toshiba distributed handsets have been approved for operation with current 
versions of the Strata CIX systems and fully tested to provide Toshiba’s call quality and capability.
