To measure voltage and frequency:
1. Turn the rotary switch to the V position.
2. Use all (red, blue, and green) terminals for this test. You can use test leads

The primary (upper) display shows the AC voltage. The tester reads
AC voltage to 500 V. Press to toggle the voltage reading between
L-PE, L-N, and N-PE.
