Even better uncoupling between the LF amplifier and the HF stage is achieved with an RC filter 
(resistor R + capacitator C). The matching resistor at 100 

Ω (brown, black, brown) is put in the supply 

line for this. If your receiver tended to show interferences before, this will be improved with the RC 
elements at 100 

Ω and 47 μF. If there is no difference, you at least know that the receiver will now 

work rather well even with a weak battery.
