OCBW Measurement 

Overview 

 

Background 

OCBW (OCcupied BandWidth) refers to the bandwidth 
of  the channel that consumes (occupies) the specified 
amount of  power. 

Parameter Channel 

bandwidth 

The frequency bandwidth that the 
target channel occupies. 
0kHz to Current span 

 Channel 

space 

The frequency distance between each 
main channel. 
0kHz to 3GHz 

 OCBW 

% 

The ratio of  occupied bandwidth as 
the amount of  power consumed. 
0% to 100%, 0.1% resolution 

OCBW measurement step 

 

1. Activate OCBW 

1.  Press the Measurement key.

2.  Press F3 (OCBW On).

3.  The display switches to OCBW mode, updating the 

OCBW result in the lower half  of  the display.
