For the quadrocopter to need little space during transport or storage, the front and rear boom arms can be folded in.

Loosen the upper attachment screws of the outer boom holders for this, fold in the arms and screw in the screws again.

For transporting the quadrocopter in the carry bag, remove the propeller tappets, including propellers, from the motor

shafts and put them in the side pocket.

If required, you may attach a safety frame to the quadrocopter to avoid contact between the propellers and persons or

objects.

Connect the four fibreglass rods into a ring with the included plastic connector. The four aluminium tubes serve as spacers

and are also pushed into the plastic connectors.

Remove the cover caps of the holding pins at the motor gondolas and push the aluminium tubes of the safety frame over the

pins.

For equipment of the quadrocopter with a camera, you may install the optional camera holder with the GAUI number:

210705 and landing legs with the GAUI numbers: 210910 and 222231. The figure illustrates mounting of the respective

components.

The figure shows mounding of a miniature camera for FPV flights. The camera module, electronics and video transmitter are

installed on a special carrier plate that is screwed to the floor plate of the central frame. The camera lens looks out through

a cover hood opening when mounted like this.

The figure illustrates mounting of the optional LED lighting set. The cables to the respective motor gondolas are pulled into

the boom tubes with a metal wire. After mounting of the LEDs with double-sided adhesive tape, the present motor gondola

covers must be replaced by transparent ones. The flashing electronics is connected to the receiver and stowed between the

two central frame plates.

The figure shows mounting of the optional carrier platform with the GAUI number: 222202, which is attached to the cover

plate of the central frame with four spacers.
