Bluetooth headset

Unable to switch the headset on 

-Click and hold the ‘Mode’ button for aproximately 5 seconds 

-Recharge the headset 

No audio after pairing 

-Ensure that you are within the distance of 10 meters from the phone 

-Remove pairing and start pairing again 

Red indicator light is on 

-Recharge the mobile phone 

Charging indicator does not light up 

-Check the physical connection of the charger and the DC jack 

-The Bluetooth headset might need a short period of time to recover 

from prolonged usage. After a certain time the charging indicator 

should light up 

Bluetooth headset switches off automatically 

-Switch the Bluetooth headset on 

-Recharge for 2 to 3 hours 

Echo is heard 

-Adjust the volume 

-Move to a different location
