Press the MENU button on the remote control for the MAIN MENU shown 
below. Press the up or down arrow

to highlight a menu option. Press 

ENTER. The selected sub-menu option appears. 

The command line at the bottom of each menu tells you what to do next. 

Example, to exit the MAIN MENU, press the MENU button on the remote 
control.
