Reconnecting Participants
A disconnected participant can be reconnected to the conference.
To reconnect a disconnected participant:

In the Status column, click the Connection button.
Alternatively, point to the participant’s arrow, and then click Connect
Party.
Alternatively, point to the participant’s arrow, and then click Connect
Party.
The participant is reconnected.
