Install the supplied 3.5" steel flanged bulk-
head in the hole where the factory plactic
inlet duct was removed. Use the bulkhead as
a template mark and drill the four mounting
holes using an 1/8" drill. Attach the bulk-
head using the supplied self-tapping screws.
(See Fig. 6-a.)

AIR INLET INSTALLATION

Unscrew and pull back the passenger side
plastic inner fender to gain access to the fil-
ter location. Attach the 3.5" plastic 90° tube
to the bulkhead using the supplied 3.5" x 2"
sleeve and #56 hose clamps. Attach the air
filter to the tube and rotate assembly for best
inner fender clearance. (See Fig. 6-b.)

Re-install the plastic inner fender.

Install the 1/4"NPT-5/8" barb 90° and the
1/4"NPT-3/8" barb 90° into the 4" x 3.5"
cast elbow. (See Fig. 6-d.)

Using the #52 hose clamps connect the sec-
tion of 3.5" flex-hose between the cast
elbow and the 3.5" steel flange bulkhead.
(See Fig. 6-e.)

Using the supplied #64 hose clamps, attach
the 4"ID x 2" long sleeve and 4" x 3.5" cast
elbow to the supercharger inlet. (See Fig. 
6-e.)
