Converting RAW Images—File Viewer Utility (2/2)

Preferences Button
Sets the processing methods for RAW images and the
application programs to which converted images are sent.

Save Button
Converts and saves the image.

Select Button
Selects the image selection method.

Model Specific Processing Mode List Box
Selects the model of camera on which the
image was recorded.

Sets the conditions for converting RAW images.
They display when a RAW image is selected and a camera model
is selected in the Model Specific Processing Mode List Box.

List of RAW images
for conversion.

Click the [File] menu and select [Save File], followed by [Convert
and save in file] to open the Save window. Adjust the settings
as required and click [OK] to start the conversion.

Select this to save the converted
image to the same folder as the
original.

Select this to choose a different
destination for the converted image.

If you selected [Save in following
specified folder], click [Browse]
to specify a destination folder.

Sets the format
and compression
ratio of the
converted file.

To change the name of the converted file, remove the check mark from [Do not
modify] and type a root name and/or specify the numbering settings.
