Determines whether the client can receive streaming content directly from the origin content server or 
other upstream device. Set to no to serve only cached content. 

Since part of a stream can be cached, and another part of the same stream can be uncached, 

access_server(no)

 can cause a streaming transaction to be terminated after some of the 

content has been served from the cache.
