Your device has a microSD card slot where you can insert a microSD card for 
removable extra storage. To insert a microSD card: 

1.  Remove the battery. (Refer to “Installing the SIM Card and Battery” 

earlier in this chapter.) 

2.  Insert the card into the slot, with the arrow pointing to the slot (the 

upper one) and the connector facing the device. 

 

NOTE: To remove the microSD card, slightly push the card edge to release it 
and then pull the card out of the slot. 

 

3.  Replace the battery and battery cover.
