A Returns Material Authorization number (RMA #) must be issued by BFG Tech Support before
any product is returned to BFG Technologies. Product shipped to BFG Technologies without an
RMA # will be refused and returned to shipper.

Please pack items properly. BFG is not responsible for damage due to improperly packed items.
