A new project is created and stored in workspace.

- Create new workspace 
New workspace is created for storage of a project.  This item cannot be selected. 
- Add to the current workspace 
A project is stored in the currently opened workspace. 
- Chip Classification 
Selects the chip classification. 
- Target MCU 
Selects the target MCU.
