adapter

Attention:
Incomplete
insertion
might
cause
damage
to
the
server
or
the
adapter.

If
an
adapter
is
installed
in
expansion
slot
1
on
the
riser-card
assembly,
remove
it.
9.
Reinstall
the
riser-card
assembly.
Make
sure
that
the
riser-card
assembly
is
fully
seated
in
the
riser-card
connectors
on
the
system
board.

the
firmware

configuring
the

Create
a
backup
copy
of
the
configuration
so
that
if
you
have
to
replace
the
adapter
in

install,

Attention:

Install
the
server
only
in
a
rack
cabinet
that
has
perforated
doors.

Do
not
leave
open
space
above
or
below
an
installed
server
in
your
rack
cabinet.
To
help
prevent
damage
to
server
components,
always
install
a
filler
panel
to
cover
the
open
space
and
to
help
ensure
proper
air
circulation.
